  1. Q: Can I cancel my bid/offer if I change my mind?

    A: When you are making a bid/offer you are entering a binding contract and this can only be cancelled if the seller has not already agreed to the bid/offer and that you have advised him/her accordingly. If the seller has already agreed to your bid/offer then you will need to seek their approval to withdraw.

  2. Q: Can I withdraw an item for sale?

    A: Yes providing that at the time of withdrawal no bid/offer has been accepted, otherwise you will need to seek approval from the buyer

  3. Q: How do I know an email is really from Jumbleworld?

    A: Jumbleworld will never ask you to provide any account numbers, passwords or confidential information through email. Be cautious if you receive any emails with links attached

  4. Q: Who do I contact for more information?

  5. Q: My account has stopped working what has happened?

    A: Have you received an email stating your account is blocked?
    Are you using the correct username / password? 
    Do you have an item sold/bought currently under investigation?
    If any above apply please rectify or send an email to us at Jumbleworld.com for investigation

  6. Q: I cannot get through the registration process?

    A: Is your parent/guardian filling in the application form process and have all sections been fully completed? A note in red by an incomplete field will indicate you have not completed it correctly. Re enter the details following the instruction. Ensure you are clicking 'continue' at the end of each page. If you are still unable to register, please send an email to us at Jumbleworld.com for technical support.

  7. Q: What happens if there are insufficient funds to pay for an item?

    A: PayPal™ will not allow the transaction to complete.

  8. Q: The item I bought was not 'as described'?

    A: You must communicate with the seller if there are any problems with the transaction. Jumbleworld are not responsible for any disputes between a Buyer and Seller. Remember there is a feedback section that is designed to ensure honest and accurate trades take place between our members.

  9. Q: I cannot load any items on my page?

    A: Make sure that you input the correct image file from your computer to upload the picture onto Jumbleworld.com. You cannot upload a file with more than 2 megapixels.

  10. Q: I have not received the item I purchased?

    A: Send an email to the seller enquiring about delivery. Ask if registered post or 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' was used. If it was (Jumbleworld.com recommends always use recorded or registered post to avoid any disputes relating to delivery) obtain the reference number and you can trace your goods via the Post Office..

  11. Q: I have sent the item I sold but not received any money?

    A: Once both parties agree to a transaction the money should be transferred via PayPal™ before the goods are posted. Contact the buyer to establish when the money would be paid. 

  12. Q: Do I have to pay a monthly subscription every month?

    A: No. Membership and all the benefits that Jumbleworld.com has to offer are free. You can stop your membership at any time should you wish to do so, however, your membership facilities will be withdrawn at the same time. Jumbleworld.com reserve the right to incorporate a membership fee in the future and would communicate any changes to membership at least 30 days prior to initiation. 

  13. Q: How do I protect myself against username/password and identity theft?

    A: If your username/password are being used by someone else you must take immediate action. You can change your password at any time to prevent someone else using your account. If someone else has changed your password, you must contact us at Jumbleworld.com to suspend your membership immediately. Any transactions in dispute due to a third party falsely using your membership details will be investigated fully. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
    If you have received emails about items you have not bought/sold someone may have registered your contact details to their account. Please tell us immediately what has happened.

  14. Q: How much is the postage going to cost?

    A: We recommend you research how much your goods will cost to post before you place them up for sale. There is a field on the sellers site to charge postage. To calculate how much the postage is going to cost, we recommend you search on the link: ftp://ftp.royalmail.com/Downloads/public/ctf/rm/UK_Wallchart.pdf Jumbleworld.com always recommends using registered post to prove goods have been sent.

  15. Q: How do I report a problem?

    A: Please refer to the 'contact us' section and use the appropriate column

  16. Q: How do I know what I am buying?

    A: To ensure and avoid disappointment please check out the item thoroughly making sure it is exactly what you want and asking if there is any damage to it before making an offer.

  18. Q: How do I make amendments to my membership account?

    A: Log into your account and make the necessary changes on the accounts page

  19. Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my account?

  20. Q: How do I buy an item?
    1. Check the item is what you want via research or correspondence
    2. Find out if it is damaged in any way
    3. Check any additional costs such as postage, we recommend you ask seller to send as a minimum by recorded post as this enables both seller and buyer to track the item
    4. Ensure you have sufficient funds on your account and buy/make an offer/swap etc.
    5. If accepted make payment and wait for it to arrive
    6. if not arrived within say 4 days contact seller and ask when sent / tracking number if one etc.

  21. Q: How do I sell an item?
    1. Place a clear picture of item on your accounts page
    2. Ensure the description is as comprehensive as possible
    3. If any damage say so
    4. Decide where to place it ie only in buy section or in bid/swap sections also
    5. Wait for any interest and reply to any communication from prospective buyers quickly and accurately
    6. If an agreement made post within 24 hrs
    7. Use recorded post as a minimum enabling you to track item to its destination
